Claude’s Obituary
It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Claude Warren announce his peaceful passing at the Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre on November 7th, 2022 at the age of 66 years with his loving family by his side. Born in Burgeo, NL, Claude was the son of the Late Edgar and Myrtle Warren (nee Bunter). He was also predeceased by his father and mother in-law; David and Ethel Anderson (nee Chant) brothers; Emmanuel, Donald and Dorman Warren, sisters; Jane Kendall and Diane Kettle, Loretta (Clarence) Fudge, Merina Skinner, Donna Warren, brothers in-law; Andrew Kendall, Ralph Anderson, William Anderson, Monford (Ruth)Anderson, Stan (Margaret) Anderson, sisters in-law; Tryphena Anderson, Florence Anderson (Henry Phillips) Francis (George) Hunt and Geraldine (Walter) Anderson, nieces; Roxanne Skinner and Wendy Keeping.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his loving wife and best friend of 38 years; Rose Warren (nee Anderson), brother; George (Debbie) Warren of Ramea, NL, sisters; Beverly (Russel) Piercy of Calgary, AB, Janet (David) Sheaves, Linda (Johnny) Leamon, both of Port aux Basques, NL. Also leaving behind are his sister’s and brother’s in-law; Olive Warren of North Sydney, NS, Margie Augustus of Ramea, NL, Eric Skinner of St. John’s, NL, Margie Anderson, Ellen Kendall, Elsie Anderson, Wayne Kettle, all of Port aux Basques, NL, Charlie Anderson of Isle aux Morts, NL, Ruth (Roland) Weatherall of Monteral, QC, Margie (Aubrey) Parsons of Bay Roberts, NL and Aunt Mary Bunter of Port aux Basques, NL as well as a large circle of cousins, nieces, and nephews and friends. Claude was loved by many and was known for his kindness and his lovely sense of humor.
The family would like to send gratitude to the doctors and nurses and staff at both the Western Regional Memorial Hospital and the Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre for the care and compassion given to Claude. Also, special l thanks to Pastor Jeffrey Bessie for his prayers and guidance.
Visitation will be held at East Haven Funeral Home, 57 Grand Bay Road, Port aux Basques, NL on Wednesday, November 9th from 2-4 pm and from 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Faith Pentecostal Church on Thursday, November 10th at 2 pm officiated by Pastor Jeffrey Bessie. Interment to follow at Faith Pentecostal Cemetery, TCH NL.
