Obituary for
Wesley Hauer
Wesley Hauer, of Bruderheim, passed away peacefully into the arms of his Lord and Savior on February 2 2021 in Lamont, Alberta. Wesley was born on May 7 1933 to Ludwig and Rosalie Hauer. He attended Walker school until he was able to begin farming. Wesley, a dairy farmer for 50 years retired at the age of 72. Wesley’s greatest accomplishment and joy was raising his three children with his cherished wife Elfriede. His greatest desire was to live a life pleasing to his Lord Jesus Christ and he thoroughly enjoyed attending church services and the fellowships they provided. He will be sadly missed by his dear wife Elfriede of 60 years; sister, Rosalie; children Velma (Richard), Terry, Barbara; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces. He is predeceased by his parents,Ludwig and Rosalie, three brothers and two sisters.
A family graveside service will be held. Due to the Covid restrictions Wesley’s service will be live-streamed Friday, February 12 at 10:00 a.m. through Wesley’s Book of Memories.
