It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vivianne Frankish (nee Gatien), quietly December 10th at Finlandia Nursing Home in Sudbury. Adored mother of Clifford, Sandra and Kevin, beloved grandmother to 6 fine, young adults and cherished great-grandmother to one. Vivianne was also dedicated to the Catholic Women’s League serving in almost every executive position for several decades including President. She was also passionate about her life underground, serving as a civilian at CFB North Bay in the NORAD SAGE complex. Service for Vivianne will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to Literacy Nipissing, formerly the North Bay Literacy Council, where she previously was a passionate volunteer. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.
