Vera B. Ryan
September 30, 1933 – December 8, 2021
Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park on Wednesday December 8, 2021, Vera (Ve) B. Ryan in her 88th year. Vera was predeceased by her parents, Jacob and Annie Bourne, and her loving husband, Aidan. Leaving to mourn her dear children, Stephen (Debbie), Marie, and David (Linda); much-loved grandchildren, David and Meghan White, and Dana and Samantha Ryan; and extended family, Gail Bartholomew and Ruby Decker. Also mourning her passing are her lifelong friends, Teresa and Ray Gosine and Myra Billard, and very dear friends, Rose Drover, Carol and Dave Greene, Judy and Terry Sullivan and Mary Ennis. A special thank you to the staff at Chancellor Park who provided mom with love and care. At Vera’s request, cremation has taken place, and there will be no wake or funeral. A private committal will take place at a later date. Mom was the epitome of kind, and she will be remembered for the strength of family she built and her unending support to those in need. Donations in her memory may be made to Rainbow Riders, a local food bank or a charity of one’s choice.
