Obituary of Thomas Kenneth Phillips
Peacefully at his residence, after a lengthy illness, with his loving family by his side on Friday, June 18th, 2021, Thomas “Jigger” Phillips of Oneida Nation of the Thames in his 74th year.
Beloved husband of Eileen (nee: Antone) Phillips. Loving father of Pam Phillips (Chris) and Tom JR. Proud grandpa of Justin (Jessie) and great grandpa of Gabe. Dear brother of Liz (Louie), Pat (Tony), Dee, Rena, Charlene (Mitch), Marilyn, Clara, and David (Melissa). Special uncle to many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his many cousins and his in-laws Linda, Vickie, Kathy, Shirley (Gil), Jude (Barney), Brenda, Jeff (Linda), Patrick (Vicky), and Mike (Anna). Predeceased by his parents Tom Phillips and Rose Abram, his sisters Nora, Delores and baby Clara, his brothers Murphy and Floyd, his in-laws Gord Antone SR and Mardelle Antone and his brother-in-law Gord JR.
Family will receive friends at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges on Sunday, June 20 from 7 – 9pm where a private Celebration of Jigger’s life will be held on Monday at 11am. Interment First Oneida Baptist Cemetery, Oneida.
