Thomas’ Obituary
It is with great sadness that the families of the late Thomas Caines announce his passing at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility, in Corner Brook, NL, on Thursday, April 8th, 2021, at the age of 92 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Jessie nee Payne of 59 years marriage, his children; Donna Caines(Fred Butt), JoAnn Caines, Harvey (Mercedes) Caines, and Lisa Caines (Rick House), his grandchildren; Forward, Darren, Kyla, James, Kristan, Canisha, Andrew, Joshua, Andrew, Leila, and Jason, his great grandchildren; Jade, Allison, Kaitlynn, Jacob, Teagan, Asher, Adalee, Grason, Bella, Alexa, and Harper,his brothers; Edward, Aasph,and sister; Vera. Thomas was predeceased by his parents; Eliza and Hebbert Caines, his brothers; Norman, Henry, and sister; Myra.
The family will be have private viewing at the St. Joseph’s Anglican Church in Portland Creek, and then private Funeral service will take place on Monday, April 12th, 2021, at 2:00 pm, with Catechist Nora Shears officiating with the burial to follow at the church cemetery in Portland Creek, NL.
