Theresa Josephine McIntosh (nee Cortese)
Born March 19, 1918, in Toronto, Ontario and passed away peacefully on February 20, 2021 just shy of her 103 Birthday.
Loving Mother of the late Donna Marie Resnick, devoted wife of the late Llyod Brenton McIntosh, Grandmother to Lisa Resnick and Stu Smiley and Joseph and Kathy Resnick, Great Grandmother to Dustin Doty, Taylor Resnick, Jaime Doty and Jonathan Resnick.
Theresa was first generation Canadian born and raised in Toronto by her loving parents, the late Giuseppe Cortese and Nancy Cortese and big sister to the late Frank, Donny, Joe and Mary Cortese. She was a wonderful and generous daughter, sister, sister-in-law, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Terry lived a long and full life, the way she wanted and was a force to be reckoned with. A private funeral will be held on Monday, February 22, 2021. Theresa will be laid to rest with her husband at Mount Hope Cemetery.
