Passed away peacefully on September 10, 2021 at 74 years of age with her daughters Samantha, Natalie (Andrew), Cynthia and Caroline (Gian) chatting to her about football and cookies. Proud and adored Grandma of Callum, Nolan, Bryden and our dear baby Josephine. Dear sister of Tom, Bob, Ricky, Rebecca, Cathy, Dan, Chris, and Jacqueline. Susan will be dearly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends and her childrens’ fathers David Cakebread and Paul Dennis. Predeceased by parents Allan and Joyce (nee Bullen) Roach. Susan retired from Bell Canada after 30 years of dedicated service. A life-long gardener and cat lover, she volunteered at the Windsor Humane Society and, through Big Sisters, had many cherished experiences with her “Little Sister” Trisha. Donations to the Humane Society or Big Sisters Big Brothers Windsor Es would be appreciated by the family.
Cremation has taken place. On Friday September 17, 2021 reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend the memorial visitation from 6 pm – 8 pm at FAMILIES FIRST, 1065 Lauzon Rd., East Windsor. A separate reservation is required to attend the funeral service on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 1pm. You can reserve your time for visitation at FamiliesFirst.ca (RSVP) or by calling directly. The family has requested that only guests who have been double vaccinated attend the visitation and funeral service.
