The family regrets to announce the passing of Sonja Ellen Rinholm, late of Prince Albert, SK on December 14th, 2021, at Good Shepherd Villas at the age of 84 years, where she had resided for the past two years. The family is very appreciative of the care and attention she received at Good Shepherd Villas. Sonja was born August 20th, 1937, in Prince Albert, SK to Augustin & Borghild Andvaag.
Sonja will be lovingly remembered by her husband Einar; her children Larry (Leanne), Dwayne (Marleen), Rick (Joanne), & Brent (Murney); her brother & sister-in-law Arvid (Carol) Andvaag; her grandchildren Nolan (Janelle), Nathan (Sarah), Amy (Greyson Roth), Graeme (Robynne Thompson), Charlene (Dan Bonnor), Jennifer (Wade Durell), Ty (Courtney Dupper), & Atle; her great-grandchildren Lucas, Lauren, Ella, Adison, Eliza, Daniel, Cassidy, Kaleb, Kiara, Xavier, & Paige; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Sonja was predeceased by her parents Augustin (Borghild) Andvaag; her parents-in-law Christen (Paula) Rinholm; her great-grandson Alexander Rinholm; her sisters & brothers-in-law Edith (Meeds) Bjork, Harold Rinholm, Carl Rinholm, Alma Swenson, Judy Cameron, Stella Rinholm, Cory Meeds, Victor Bjork, Leslie Swenson, Leslie Cameron, & Delores (Bird) Rinholm.

A Funeral service will be held at MacKenzie Chapel on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at 1:30 PM, in Prince Albert, SK. Interment to follow at Memorial Gardens in Prince Albert, SK.
