Obituary of Sharon Anne Gleason
It is with heavy hearts that the family would like to announce the peaceful passing of Sharon Gleason on the morning of Saturday April 24th 2021. Sharon was survived by her loving sons, Christian and Mark and respective wives, Melissa and Natasha; cherished grandchildren: Liam, Ava, Emma, Evan, Thea, Brandon and Lilly. She will be dearly missed by her mother, Rita and brothers and sisters-in-law: Howard (Kathy), Ronald (Mary), Randall (Anna) and Richard. Whether you called her Sharon, Tootie, Sister, Aunt, Nana, Mrs. Gleason, or Mom, we have been extremely blessed to know her during her incredible time on Earth. Sharon will always live in our hearts and memories as an amazing strong woman. Prior to her ailing health, she was an active and avid lover of the arts, dance, music, gardening, travelling, good friends and wine! As Sharon was involved with the Canadian National Institute of the Blind, please consider making a donation in her honour to the organization. In keeping with her wishes, cremation will take place and funeral arrangements have been entrusted with GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME 585 Carlton St. St. Catharines. The family will receive guests for visitation at the funeral home Friday April 30th at 2:00-4:00PM.
