On Friday, March 12, 2021, Sandra passed away peacefully at Concordia Hospital after a long fight with cancer.
Sandra is survived by her sons Frank and James, and daughter Barb. She is also survived by many brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and other family.
Sandra is predeceased by her son Clayton, both her parents, her sister Linda, sister in-law Carol, and sister in-law Barb.
Sandra was born on March 29, 1959, and was raised in Eriksdale, Manitoba as the fourth youngest of 13 brothers and sisters. She lived the majority of her life in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She started her family at a young age and was a stay at home mom. Sandra was a very sociable person who enjoyed visiting and laughing with friends and family. She would never turn down the chance to read a good book, do a puzzle or play a game of cards. She enjoyed baking, especially with her grandchildren.
A celebration of life gathering will be taking place at a later date.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Concordia Hospital nurses and staff for taking such good care of her. Thank you to the staff at Cancer Care Manitoba and the Grace Hospital.

Sandra was cremated at Voyage Funeral Home and Crematorium. Her remains will be placed with her son Clayton at the Glen Eden Cemetery, Garden of Prayer Lot #917 B4. You may visit after March 20, 2021.
