It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Ruby Chartrand on January 8, 2021.
Ruby was born in Bengough, Saskatchewan and was one of Max and Margaret’s nine children.
She was predeceased by her father Max, mother Margaret, and siblings baby girl sister, Donald, Danny, Maxxie, Bernedin, Margaret and Valerie.
She is survived by her sister Janet, daughter Geraldine (Marc), sons Gerald and Gary (Lisa), 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at Santa Maria Senior Citizens Home in Regina, SK for their care and compassion during Ruby’s final days.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Those so wishing may make a donation in Ruby’s memory to the Alzheimer Society of Canada (www.alzheimer.ca).
