Our family is deeply saddened by the untimely passing of Ritchie Ostoforoff on September 28th, 2021. Ritchie was born October 1st, 1958 in Nelson, BC to John and Polly Ostoforoff and lived with wonderful caregivers in a care home in Nelson for most of his life. Although Ritchie had many challenges in his life, underneath it all was a loving and endearing soul.
Ritchie leaves behind his mother Polly, sister Christine (Glenn), brother Johnny (Marnie) and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his father, John, earlier this year.
A heartfelt thank you to all his wonderful, loving caregivers, Dr. R.W. Milde, the Thompson Funeral Home and Crematorium in Nelson, and Castlegar Funeral Chapel in Castlegar.
God bless you Ritchie and may you rest in peace.
