27 mars 2021
Born May 7, 1939 in Pampanga, Philippines and happily married for 43 years to Ernesto Domingo Coloma of Isabela, Philippines. Her moving from the Philippines to Canada in 1970 is a testament to her devotion to her family and the desire for the best possible life for her children. Her love of baking turned a 20-year trial and error project into a passionate hobby to be shared with family and friends.
Due to complications following a heart attack, Puring passed away peacefully on March 27, 2021 at the age of 81 surrounded by her kids Randy, Annalyn (Lyn), Lester, Noel and Norman. The Coloma family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to all the CCU staff at Hamilton General hospital for their support and care.
She was predeceased by her siblings Catalina, Alejandro, Alfredo, Ponciano, Dominador and Aurora. Her life will continue to be celebrated through her kids, her grandkids Sebastian, Nathan, Serena, Rowan, and Lotus, as well as family and friends throughout Canada, the US and the Philippines.
Although we would love to give everyone the opportunity to pay their last respects, the visitation and services/burial attendance will be by invitation only due to the pandemic.
