Paula Schauseberger (Ghejeu)
Passed away at the age of 92 with good friends close by at St. Joseph’s Villa. Paula is predeceased by parents Rudolph and Julia, and was the youngest of many siblings who also have passed before her. Paula was very thankful for all of her helping and faithful friends.
She was very devoted to her family and friends and was strong in her faith. She attended daily Mass at many Catholic Churches around the city and had a great devotion to Sacred Heart and the Blessed Mother. She was a longtime parishioner of both St. Anne’s and Regina Mundi Church. Paula was an avid listener of classical music and enjoyed birds and traveling, which included two trips to the Holy Land.
A special Thank You to all of the care givers at St. Joseph’s Villa, St. Joseph’s Hospital and her dear friend Father Andrew Lopatniuk.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Regina Mundi Catholic Church, 631 Mohawk Rd W, Hamilton on Wednesday July 14, 2021 at 11am with visitation one hour prior at the church. Burial to follow at Woodland Cemetery, Burlington. Due to Covid 19, those wishing to attend services must register using the RSVP link below.
