Pulcine, Patricia Helen (nee Tuck)
Suddenly passed away at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, on March 15, 2021, at the age of 88. Surrounded by her children she passed peacefully. Patricia is reunited with her loving husband Donald Pulcine. Loving mother of Debbie (John), Karen (Anthony), Mark (Julia) and Cathy (Steve). Proud nana of Lindsay (Allan), Ashley (Austin), Matt (Brittany), Danielle, Michael, Kaitlyn and Charlize. Cherished great-grandmother of Halle, McKenzie, Kai, Everest and baby Georgia.
Patricia will be missed each and everyday. Dad, Kelsey, Aunt Disie and Nana and Grampa will be so happy to have you join them in heaven.
Patricia loved all her dogs; Sammy, Muffy, Bandit, and Kelsey. She enjoyed water aerobics, exercise classes and most of all socializing with her friends and family with a rum and diet coke or a glass of red wine. She will be greatly missed by her friends and the staff at the Williamsburg. A special thank you to the nurses and doctors at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for their kindness and compassion.
A Private Funeral Mass will be held. For those who wish, donations in memory of Patricia to Cystic Fibrosis or the Carpenter Hospice would be sincerely appreciated.
