OLGA OLLIE FARAND

August 13, 1931 – July 27, 2021
Ollie passed away on July 27, 2021, at Concordia Place Personal Care Home, at the age of 89.
Ollie is survived by her sons Raymond Bretecher (Linda), Mark Farand; grandsons Justin, Nathan, Jesse Bretecher, Sebastien Farand and granddaughter Sasha Farand; sister Mary Cascadden; brothers Albert (Marty) Otchenash, Bill (Viv) Otchenash; sisters-in-law Doris Onishko, Marie Smith, Pauline Otchenash, Marge Farand, Gene (Ardith) Farand, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Ollie was predeceased by her husbands Leon Bretecher and Joseph Farand; her parents and her brothers Matt, John, Hank and sister Sophie.
Ollie was a teacher, worked for Mid-West Paper, and spent 16 years with Revenue Canada
before retiring in 1999.
Due to restrictions on public gatherings, a private family service will take place on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd, Winnipeg, MB.
