It is with great sadness that the family of the late Norma Young announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on Thursday September 2nd 2021 at the age of 78 years. She will be remembered for her great love of her family, her wit and how she loved to make people laugh. A kind hearted, generous woman will be forever missed and loved by those who knew her. She leaves to mourn her son: Conrad, daughters: Maggie, Delores, Katherine, Jennifer, Melissa, her grandchildren: Gavin, Shane, Thaddeus, Zane, Shana, Ryan, Tristan, Dana, Blake, Tanisha, great grandchildren: Maliyah, Raelynn, Wyatt and Jasmine. Also leaving to mourn her brothers: Francis (Margie) Lucas, Bill (Lillian) Lucas, Junior Lucas, her sisters Greta Tobin, Trudy Lucas, Dale (Junie) Keating along with many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends who loved her dearly. She was predeceased by her husband Johnny, her parents James and Annie Lucas, her sisters Geraldine Webb, Ruth Wheelden, Pauline Lucas, Olivera Lucas, Delores LeRoux and by her brother Conrad Lucas. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place and a burial will take place later this month.
