At the Ottawa Hospital-General Campus on Friday April 30, 2021, with his loving wife by his side in his 80th year. Melle de Haan of Westmeath beloved husband of Eileen de Haan (nee Lalonde). Loved father of Debbie de Haan, and Heather Van Westerop. Loving grandfather of Michael and Christopher Van Westerop.
Dear brother of Willy de Haan (Joan), Tinus de Haan (Jackie), Corny de Haan (Annette) and Renee de Haan. Brother-in-law to Joe and Jocelyn Lalonde, Elaine and Pete Lalonde, Betty Ann Zulinski (Adam) and Doreen Lalonde. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Melle with his family during visitation at the Murphy Funeral Home Pembroke on Monday 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Murphy Funeral Home Pembroke. A private family service will be held at 3:00 p.m. followed by cremation.
DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS OF COVID-19 MANDATES, A LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE PERMITTED IN THE FUNERAL HOME AT ANY GIVEN TIME – FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND VISITATION . Please feel free to bring your own face mask or one will be supplied to you at the Funeral Home.
