The death occurred at the Palliative Care Unit, Community
Hospital, O’Leary on Tuesday August 24, 2021 of Maureen
Margaret Gallagher of O’Leary, aged 73 years, beloved wife
of Leonard Harrington. Born in Pickering, Ontario, daughter of
Beverley (Sorenson) and the late William Gallagher.
Loving mother to Joan (Barry) Engineer, Bolton, On; Karen
(David) Dougherty, Orangeville, On and step son Scott (Keleigh)
Harrington, Burnaby, B.C. Dear grandmother to Cassandra Cleveland and
Kirsten Haney.
Margaret is also survived by brothers and sisters Diane (Joe)
Gallagher, Peterborough, On; Andrea «Sandy» ( Glen) Ellis,
Toronto, On; Shayne (Winnie) Gallagher, On; Mary Ann Gallagher,
Toronto, On; Robert (Debbie) Gallagher, On; Robin (Les) Garay, B.C and
by brothers and sisters in law Rosrmary (Les) Mondelle, Port Dover, On
and Beverly (Shane) MacLean, Simcoe, On.
Predeceased by her Dad, mother and step father in law Eleanor
(Spencer) Elmes and father in law Wyman Fay.
Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel,
O’Leary with private family arrangements.

Hospital Palliative Care Unit or Home Care, O’Leary or Oncology Unit
at Prince County Hospital.
