Obituary
Matt passed away suddenly on October 22, 2021.
He will be deeply missed by his family: his wife Stacey and children Leah, Dayna, Jace, and Jasmine (as well as Jasmine’s mom Kathleen); his mom Lori (father Leonard deceased April 28, 2021); his sisters Samantha and Treena; his brothers Chad and Rod; Stacey’s parents Judy & Jerry Shaver and Ev & Darlene Merrill as well as her brother Chad (Crystal) and sisters Megan and Veronica (Jeremy); as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
A Funeral Service will be held to celebrate Matt’s life on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Lacombe. Those who are not a part of the 50 invited attendees (due to current restrictions) are welcome to attend this «Drive In» service. The service will be broadcast on FM radio and a video screen will be set up in the church parking lot. There will be a «Drive By» tribute at the end of the service for anyone wishing to pay their respects. ALL ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
An outdoor gathering and lunch for all will follow at Matt and Stacey’s farm – bring your lawn chairs.
