Passed away peacefully, after a brief illness, at St. Mary’s Hospital on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at the age of 83.
Beloved wife of the late Jose Jordao for 59 years.
Loving mother of Jack (Lurdes) and Manny (Sandra). Grandmother of Jessica (Scott), Jordan, Joshua (Caitlin), Jake (Olivia) and Caio.
Great-grandmother of Jayde.
Dear sister of Jose (Lucilia) Jordao, Licinia (late Joaquim) Leal, Manuel (Zulmira) Jordao, Irmenia (Manuel) da Silva and Lucidio (Sara) Jordao.
Fondly remembered by many loving nieces and nephews.
Maria’s family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener. Funeral Mass will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 300 Simeon St, Kitchener.
