The passing of Vaughan Dunnett occurred
on August 02, 2021 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Vaughan was
born to parents Hubert and Francis (Parker) Dunnett on September 20,
1946.
Mourning
Vaughan’s passing are his
loving spouse Barb Little; his children, Sheri Dunnett, David Dunnett
(Linda), Kevin Dunnett (Ronnie); his stepson Arlin (Crystal) Little;
grandchildren, Alia Cote, Amber Gullison, Robert Weatherby, Stephen
Weatherby, Timothy Weatherby, Braydon Dunnett, Julia Skaling, Samantha
Brewer; stepgrandson Ayden Little; greatgrandchildren, Nevaeh, and
Misty Weatherby; brother Loggie Dunnett and sister Francis Dunnett as
well as many nieces and nephews and cousins. Vaughan’s fur
companion Rambo, who was his partner in crime and side kick will miss
him dearly. In addition to his parents Vaughan was predeceased by his
brother Hayward Dunnett.
Vaughan made
many friends over the years working as a gifted and skilled carpenter
and a dedicated truck driver. Many will remember him for his
quick wit and great sense of humor. He could also be found to partake
in odd Budweiser or a sip of whiskey on those special
occasions.
In keeping
with Vaughan’s wishes, his
family will be holding a private graveside service where he will be
laid to rest in the Acton cemetery. Bishop’s
Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton NB, have been entrusted
with his arrangements.
If so desired, memorial donations may be
made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Association or a charity of
the donor’s choice.
