With great sadness we announce that Lonnie passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the age of 50. Proud and devoted father of Olivia and Brenner. Beloved son of Lynda Alcock (late Daniel) and Vic Duchesne (Chris). Dear brother of Brandy, Leann and Ryan. Sadly missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends who loved him dearly. Lonnie was known for his beautiful blue eyes, infectious smile and his willingness to always help others. He loved his motorcycle, and never felt more free than when out for a ride. Lonnie was a great fabricator, with the ability to build whatever he set his mind to.
Lonnie’s family will receive relatives and friends from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 1 p.m. Please note that if you plan to attend the visitation or the service, masks are mandatory and you must RSVP your attendance through the funeral home website or by calling (519) 749-8467.
