Ken was born on his parents farm in Wanham, Alberta June 1931. He has 2 brothers & 2 sisters. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Norman.
He grew up there and then left to go work in the North. He worked for Alberta Forestry Services in Fort McMurray for a number of years before working for GCOS/Suncor. He met his wife Jacqui there and they were married in 1964 and raised their 3 children: Karen, James and Gordon (Jeanie). Ken had 2 grandchildren Darren and Alana.
