On January 15, 2021, Kelly “Tracy” Singer of Frog Lake, passed away at the age of 51 years. He is survived by his 3 daughters, Sara Cardinal (Garett Large), Darian Cardinal (Darcy Larocque) & Keishay Cardinal (Cassidy Steinhauer); adopted son, Dustyn Seenum; 6 grandchildren, Zakayla, Tien, Videl, Stella, Rocky & Cassidy Jr.; sister, Emily Singer; nieces & nephew, Skylar Dion, Justin & Lindsay Delorme. Kelly was predeceased by his grandson, Baby Joseph Cardinal; parents, David Singer & Edna Waskahat; brother, Ricky Singer; best friend, Eugene Waskahat. A Private Traditional Funeral Service will be held at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Pastor Wilfred Cross will be officiating with interment in Our Lady of Good Counsel Roman Catholic Cemetery, Frog Lake.
