Juanita J. Douthwright, 87, of
Moncton, passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday,
September 11, 2021. Born in Oak Point, NB, she was the daughter of the
late Manny and Mabel (Brideau) Savoy.
Juanita retired as a payroll clerk
with UIC. She enjoyed reading, watching tv shows, most notably golf,
coronation street, Law and Order, and curtain call theatre. She loved
socializing with her friends, and quality time spent with her family.,
especially her grandchildren.
She will be sadly missed by her sons,
Roderick (Celine) and Ryan (Rebekah); her grandchildren, R.J, Bailee,
Liam and Lydia; sisters, Connie Hannah (Jim) and Sharon Goguen
(Jean-Guy); brother, Claude Savoy (late Valerie); as well as several
nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was
predeceased by her husband, Reginald in 1991.
A Service to Celebrate and Honour
Juanita’s life will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021
at 11:00 am from Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Road,
Moncton (858-1995).
