Diebold, Joyce Yvonne (Nee Cook):
Passed away on Monday, September 27th, 2021 at Freeport Hospital at the age of 83.
Reunited with her beloved husband Gerald Diebold (2019). Loving mother to Terry (Valerie), Lori (Jaun) Cousineau, Melanie (Michael) Arnott and Shelley (Glenn) Marriott. Cherished Gram to Kass (Rachel), Kayla (Gene), Jesse (Casie), Sammy (Chris), Riley (Taylor), Rachel and Alex and Great Gram to Sierra, Eden, Amellia and Cylus. Survived by her sister Jean Wood and brother-in-law Jerry «Stu» Stewart. She will also be remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Joyce was predeceased by her parents Roy and Lavina Cook, siblings Doug Cook, Ken Cook, Patricia Cook and Jacqueline Stewart, and grandson, Craig Diebold.
Cremation has taken place. Joyce’s family will receive relatives and friends from 5 PM to 8 PM on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Aloysius R.C. Church, 11 Traynor Ave. Kitchener, on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 11 AM. Inurnment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. Please note, guests are required to RSVP to attend the visitation and service. For those who are unable to attend, the family welcomes you to join them via live stream for the Mass at 11 AM and the inurnment at 12 PM where a eulogy will be shared at www.henrywalser.com/live-streaming.
