It is with heavy hearts that the family of John Michael Sebele announce his peaceful passing on Monday, December 20th, 2021 at Windsor Regional Hospital with family at his side. John was born in Leamington, Ontario, on October 28th, 1949. Beloved husband of Barbara for 47 years. Proud Father to John (Magdalena) and James. Son to the late John and Sara Sebele. Brother to the late Steve (Nancy) and Sister Lynne Sebele-Bass (Tom). Will be missed by nieces, nephews and so many dear friends. John retired from HJ Heinz Company in 2006 after 36 years of service. He was an avid sports enthusiast enjoyed spending time with his family and gardening. He loved his food from breakfast, lunch, dinner to a late- night snack. A special thank you to the staff of Windsor Regional Hospital for their care and compassion. Visiting at Reid Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 14 Russell Street, Leamington (519-326-2631) Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A private family funeral service will be held on Friday, December 24, 2021. Due to COVID restrictions, visitation is limited to a specific number of visitors. Only those with an appointment will be allowed in. Please book an appointment at www.reidfuneralhome.ca. Everyone must wear a mask. Interment at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
