Obituary
John “Red” Hearn, late of Weyburn, SK passed away July 25, 2021 at the age of 98 years.
He was predeceased by his wife Lil Hearn; parents, Jack and Rose Hearn; brother George Hearn; and sisters: Mary Hearn, Kay Molloy, Pat Stewart.
John «Red» is survived by his children: John Hearn; Edmonton, AB; Richard (Teresa) Hearn and their son Riley, Calgary, AB; Cathy (Derek) Schlosser and their children Jack and Emma, Whitecourt, AB; Teresa (Jerry) LaFoy and their children, Conor and Madison, Weyburn, SK; sister-in-law Chrissie McAuley, Winnipeg, MB; along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Prayers will be held Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, SK.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, July 30, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church with celebrant Fr. Francis Plaparampil. Pallbearers are: Conor LaFoy, Madison LaFoy, Jack Schlosser, Emma Schlosser, Riley Hearn and Terri Molly. Honour Guard will be the Royal Canadian Legion, Weyburn Branch #47. Interment will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn, SK with luncheon to follow at the Weyburn Royal Canadian Legion, 150 ~ 3rd Street, Weyburn, SK.
