On October 10, 2021, Mrs. Jeannette Cozicar of Smoky Lake, formerly of Vilna, passed away at the age of 79 years. She is survived by her daughter, Wendy (Cory) Phillips; son, Johnny (Juanita) Cozicar; 3 grandchildren, Jasmine, Jay-Lynn (Matthew) & Jocelynn; her cat, Lily; siblings, Jim (Barb) Zukowsky, Linda (Tony) Ewashko, Wally (Evelyn) Zukowsky, Mike Zukowsky, Henry (Marianna) Zukowsky, Susan (Orest) Tocheniuk & Donna Zukowsky (Rod Williams); numerous nieces, nephews & fur babies. Jeannette was predeceased by her husband, Jake; common-law spouse, Johnny Kostrub; parents, Nick & Alice Zukowsky; brother, Kenny Zukowsky. A Private Funeral Service will be held at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Reverend Father Benny Ambrosie will be officiating, with interment in St. Demetrius Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery, Vilna.
