Jean’s Obituary
Passed peacefully away at home in the arms of her loving family on Monday, September 20, 2021, Jean Chislett of Heart’s Delight–Islington, aged 74 years.
Predeceased by parents, Albert and Mary Drover; parents-in-law, Jack and Agnes Chislett; brothers, Bill and Llewellyn; sister, Janet; brothers-in-law, Winston, John, and Max; sister-in-law, Blanche; and special nephew, Adam.
Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are husband, Guy of 53 years; sons, Randy (Tina) and Rodney (Tara); only grandchild, Spencer (Haley); brothers, Nigel (Marguerite) and Lloyd (Phyllis); brothers-in-law, Dennis (Ethel) and Doug (Dianne); sisters-in-law, Violet, Evelyn, Lorraine, Shirley (Graham), and Doreen (Greg); special niece, Rona (Tom); her special caregiver, Corine; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Resting at Warren’s Funeral Home, Dildo with visitation on Wednesday, September 22, 1:00 – 5:00 pm and 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Masks will be required and Covid-19 regulations will be followed.
A service of celebration for Jean’s life will be held on Thursday, September 23 at 10:30 am from the Church of the Epiphany, Heart’s Delight-Islington and will be by invitation only.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in Jean’s memory may be made to the Janeway Children’s Hospital (janewayfoundation.nf.ca/ways-to-give/online-donations/).
