With saddened hearts the family of Hazel Mary Collins age 87 of Hare Bay, NL. announces her passing at Bonnews Lodge, Badgers Quay on April 2, 2021
A wonderful Mom with a heart of gold, so gentle and sweet. She worked hard to care for her family and she never complained. Until we meet again, Rest In Peace in your heavenly home.
Predeceased by her husband Clyde Collins, parents Malcolm and Grace Collins, son Lindsay, Brothers Freeman, Malcom, and baby Absolom and great grandson baby Luke
Leaving to mourn are her children Clifford (Alma) Keith, Lorne, Kevin (Betty), Joy (Roger), Sandra (Bernard) Karey (Lydia) as well as 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren whom she loved dearly, also her sisters Katie, Eileen (Arch), Audrey (Glenn), brothers Garland (Marylou), Domino (Mary), Absolom (Rose) and sister in law Polly and a large circle of family and friends.
We would like to thank the wonderful staff of Bonnews Lodge for taking such good care of our precious mother, not only during her time of illness, but for the last 2 1/2 years she has resided there. A special thank you to Mrs Susanna Carter who was Moms roommate during her time at Bonnews. She became a good friend to Mom as well as her family, especially her daughter Sheila.

Visitation will be by invitation only and will be held on April 5th, 2021 from 12:00 to 2:00pm at the SA church. Service to follow at 2:00pm, Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Hare Bay.
