Peacefully at the Maxville Manor on Thursday, April 1, 2021. Winnifred Grace Hill of Avonmore, formerly of Monkland and Gravel Hill; age 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Herbert William Milton Hill. Loving mother of Murray Hill and Beverly MacCulloch (John). Dear sister of Hazel Cameron (late Earl) and Merton (late Mary). Cherished aunt of Brent, Bryce, Karen, Neil, and Mark. Special cousin to Jean and Ted Boyd. She will be sadly missed by longtime friend and neighbor Betty Johnston. Predeceased by her parents Robert Arthur and Florence Ann Robinson (née Johnston), and by her brothers Earl (Anna) and Ellwood (late Luella). Special thanks to the staff of the Maxville Manor for their kindhearted, compassionate care. Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main Street South, Maxville, ON (613-527-2898). A private family service was held. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Maxville Manor Foundation or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Grace, a tree will be planted in a Memory Woods.
