The family announces with great sorrow her passing in Sudbury on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at the age of 81 years. Wonderful wife of 62 years to Jean-Paul Blais. Daughter of the late Olida and the late Prescille Depatie (née Lafleur). Loving mother of Suzanne, Diane (Ron) and Jean-Guy (Tracy). Cherished grandmother of Christine (Nick), Yvan (Holly), Cindy (Benoit), Matthew, Randee-Lynn (Richard), Karlee and Carys. Great grandmother of Owen, Cole (predeceased), Valérie, Xavier and Autum. Dear sister of Marguerite, (Richard), Bert (Ellen), late Gilbert (Angele), Germaine (Florent), Jacqueline (Roger), Léonette (late Venance), Gérald (late Michelle), Victor (Sue), Laurent (Linda)and late Marcel (Anita). Will be missed by her brothers-in-law Dorval (Andrée) and Jacques (Nicole) as well as her sister-in-law Jeannine (late Bob). Sadly, missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. A private family gathering will take place at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd., Sunday, December 5, 2021. Due to the pandemic, there will be a limitation on the number of attendees. As per the families’ requests everyone must be double vaccinated to attend. Masks as well as social distancing are mandatory.
