Généva Babineau, of Residence
O’Bons Soins, Shediac and formerly of Ohio Road,
Boudreau-Ouest, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on
August 28th, 2021, at Dr. Georges-L. Dumont
UHC.
Born in Robichaud, she was the daughter of the late Zacharie
and Ida (Cormier) Landry.
She was a school teacher for over 30 years.
She will be greatly missed by her son Danny (Murielle
Boudreau) of Boudreau Ouest, her sister Simone Landry (late Aris) of
Dupuis Cornier, her grandson Richard Boudreau (Lynn) and their two
grandchildren: Kyra and Niko whom she adored of Gatineau,
Québec, as well as many nieces and nephews and Yvonne
Cormier (Late Roméo) of Petit-Cap.
She was predeceased by her husband Camille and by her three
brothers: Louis, Roger, and Antoine «Tony» and two special
cousins: Néri Cormier (Dora) and Roméo
Cormier.
By request, there will be no visitation and a private chapel
service will be held at a later date.
In memory of Généva, a contribution to
the Vestiaire St-Joseph or a charity of the donor’s choice would be
appreciated.
The funeral
arrangements are in the professional care of the Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Center, Shediac (532-3297).
