Fiona Andrews nee Kidd

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Fiona Andrews on Friday December 17th 2021, at the age of 73 years. Fiona will be lovingly remembered by her husband Trevor of 48 years and her two children, Martin (Sara) and Gillian (James). Fiona will also be remembered by her eight grandchildren, Emma, Lily, Isaac, Matthias, Zoë, Dominic, Cailin and Aiden, as well as her brother Peter (Patty) and her nieces and nephews.
Fiona was born in a British Forces Hospital in Wuppertal, Germany and grew up in England and Singapore. She qualified as a Registered Nurse, Sick Children’s Nurse, and Midwife, and emigrated from England to Canada after her marriage and the birth of her son. Fiona was a devoted wife and mother and an active member of the Anglican Community. After her children were grown, she moved to Wichita, Kansas with her husband and ultimately retired in Florida. Fiona had a passion for music, literature, knitting and above all her Christian faith. She was devoted to serving the churches she called home and was continually recognized as the caring, faithful and thoughtful woman she was.
A private memorial celebration will be held on Friday January 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.at the Belvedere Funeral Complex (22025 Trans-Canada Highway, Senneville, Quebec H9X 0B2). A live stream of the celebration may be observed online and condolences may be shared. As Fiona succumbed to ALS, donations to your local ALS Foundation in lieu of flowers would be greatly appreciated.
