FEDDE, Ernst Emil Eduard
Passed away peacefully at home during his sleep in Newmarket, on Saturday, May 8, 2021, at 88 years of age.
Loving husband of Heidlinde (nee Jung) for 63 years. Beloved father of Gerlinde (Phitos), Denise (Al) and William. Proud grandfather of Christina (Fivos), Stella (Stelios), Andonis (Shannon), Ben (Lesley), Heather (Matt), Sam and Chad. Great grandfather to Neophitos and Georgos (Christina) Georgos (Stella), Ava and Max (Ben) and Layla (Heather). Brother of Elke (Uwe), Uwe and Heinz. Dear son of the late Ernst and Hertha Fedde. Ernst was born in Germany and immigrated alone to Canada when was just 20 years old. He worked as a Draftsman at the Ministry of Transportation and Communication until he retired at age 57. Ernst was an accomplished glider pilot and instructor at the Air Sailing Club. His positive attitude and zest for life was extraordinary. He loved his family and especially his wife who he adored every single day. He will be greatly missed by his family. Special thanks to the caring staff at Oakridges Medical Centre Dialysis unit.
