PEDERSEN, Erling – Peacefully at Strathcona Long Term Care on Thursday, September 16th, 2021 in his 94th year. Beloved husband for 58 years of Gudde Pedersen. Loving father of Glenn Pedersen and his partner Holly. Dear grandfather “FarFar” of Duncan and Cameron. Erling will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends. Erling immigrated to Canada from Denmark in 1957, proudly becoming a Canadian Citizen in 1988. He was a long-time furniture maker at Nordic Furniture in Toronto and Markdale. At Erling’s request, a private graveside service will be conducted at the Sunset Mindepark Urn Cemetery, Puslinch. The family would like to thank the Care Team at Strathcona Long Term Care for the love and tenderness they gave to Erling. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Erling are asked to consider the Strathcona Residents Council or the Danish Lutheran Church of Toronto.
