It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth «Beth» Russell on Friday, June 4, 2021 at Grey Gables, Markdale in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Russell(2001). Much loved mother of Ken and Delene of Priceville, Joanne and Jim of Markham, Ron and Yvonne of Guelph and Marianne and Wayne of Markdale. Loving grandmother to Lori, Wendy, Amy, Samantha, Jacqueline, Dan, Karen, Rob and Julie. Proud great-grandmother to Paige, Taylor, Dylan, Justin, Kayla, Joel, Hayden, Jordyn, Abigail, Peyton and Nova. Beth is greatly missed by her sister Jane Mulhall and her nieces and nephews.
Beth’s greatest love was her family. Her gentle caring way was the glue that kept us always close. She started her life in Grey County, moved to Toronto at 19, married and raised her family there and returned to Grey County to retire. Beth was an avid reader, a beautiful knitter and a lover of all animals.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will take place. We invite you to join us via livestream at on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 1pm. Interment McNeil Cemetery, Priceville.
