It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Edward “Gig” James Bambrick, aged 71 years. Predeceased by parents Martin and Elizabeth Bambrick; grandmother Elizabeth Bambrick; daughter Jacqueline Bambrick; grandson Randy Jr.; sister Mary (Bob); brothers: Johnny, Rod and Jake; uncles Jimmy (Irene) and John; and parents-in-law Gordon and Violet McGrath. Leaving with fond and loving memories, his wife Jayne; daughters: Tracy (Randy), Kelly (Billy) and Elizabeth (Corey); son Martin (Alicia); his pride and joy, grandchildren: Warren, Billi Ann, Kyle, MacKenzie, Aiden, Cooper and Madison; siblings: Jimmy (Shirley), Gary (Kim), Karen (Wayne) Marge (Billy), Brian (Shelley) and Paul; special cousin Catherine (Glen); aunts Annie and Margie; sister-in-law Shirley; brothers-in-law: Bob (Cathy), Les (Sherry), Gary (Yvonne) and Rick; sisters-in-law: Irene, Winnie (Carl), Lorraine (Don), Marylou (Colin), Alicia (Robert) and Hilda (Cyril); special neighbour and friend Mike Evoy; special friends Bob Wickham and Tom Hollett; the Gang “Shed Crowd”; special nieces and nephews (you know who you are); and a large circle of family and friends. Special thanks to his life-long cardiologist Dr. Mike Furey, family doctor Dr. Susan Avery and Dr. Heather Perry and her team at the Health Sciences Centre, especially nurses Melissa and Deanne, for your outstanding care and support. Cremation has taken place.
