t’s with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Dylan aka «Mr. Burns.»
Dylan lived with a rare illness called Leukodystrophy.
Although his physical capabilities were limited, he accomplished many achievements.
Including graduating from Gordon Townsend School (Children’s Hospital) and Life Skills (White Buffalo.)
His clan families are Crowfoot, Old Sun, Lone Chief, Three Suns, Weasel Head, Calfchild.
Dylan is survived by his love, Bobbi McHugh. His siblings; Bonnie Young, Deatrice Black Horse and Kim Royal. Nieces/nephews; Kris, Brenn, Brandon, Denzel, Charnell, Tyler, Devin, Tomona, Darion and Caidence. Uncles; Clifford, Kevin, Donnie, «Renee» C.C. Aunts; Romona L.H, Alona B.H, Koren C.C, June C.C.
He is predeceased by his family.
Grandparents, Jack & Alfreda Royal, Earl & Florence Calfchild. Parents; Darrell & Judy Royal and sisters; Rhonda. Uncles; Floyd, Sonny, Frank, Patrick, Eric, Darcy, Norman, Ralph. Aunts; Liberty, Rhoda, Leona, Laureen, Brenda, Audrey, Arlene.
The family would like to thank Mona Royal, Deatrice Black Horse, Lydia McDonald and Mary Big Bull for all their amazing support, love and kindenss.
Special thanks to the Elder’s Lodge, Disability, Home Care Centre’s, Carewest Fanning Centre, Strathmore Hospital staff for all their special care for Dylan throughout the years.
Funeral Service will be celebrated at the (Siksika Nation) Gordon Yellowfly Memorial Arbor on Thursday, April 15th, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.
Graveside Service to follow at Paul Little Walker Cemetery (Siksika Nation, AB).
Family sends apologies to anyone missed. Dylan thought of all of us.
Dylan was an extremely kind-hearted, sensitive, humourous, wise, mischievous but most importantly a very beautiful soul.
We were all so priviledged and blessed to be a part of his amazing journey.
His strength encourages us to continue to believe, «life is a miracle.»
He made the world a very beautiful place.
We will deeply miss our dear Mr. Burns.
