Obituary
Ribey, Dorothy Ribey (nee Ziegler), passed away peacefully at the Huron Shore Hospice, Tiverton on Saturday July 31, 2021 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Murray Ribey and James Brunton. Loving mother to the late Elroy (2015) and his wife Judy, Roger (Dianne), and Glen (Karen). Proud grandmother to Heleana (Kyle), Alyssa, James (Kirstian), Maria, Natalie, Stefanie (Tim), and Melanie (Clayton) and great grandmother Keira, Kate, Colton, Hailey, Jordan, Shawn, Riley, Jacob, and Carter.
Remembered by her siblings Joyce Thede, Fred & Dawna Ziegler, Merv Ziegler, and Velma & Alex Thornburn, and by many nieces & nephews. Predeceased by her parents Roy and Hilda Ziegler, by her brother Kenny Ziegler and by her brother-in-law Murray Thede.
A Graveside Service will take place on Thursday August 5, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. at Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Port Elgin. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation or to the Huron Shores Hospice.
