MASON, Donna Lynn
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Donna at the young age of 60, at the Kingston General Hospital on Monday, July 26, 2021 after a lengthy and courageous battle with CIDP and cancer. Beloved wife of the late Richard Mason, loving daughter of Viola and the late Curtis Richards. She is survived by Aunt Audry (Dennis Reid), Uncle Garfield Darroch (Anne), Aunt Linda (late Uncle John J. Darroch), Step-daughter Kim (ET) and many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had a zest for living that belied her disease and had a wonderful sense of humour and compassion for her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by her many friends and family. Thanks to the doctors and nurses in the ICU Kidd & Davies Units at Kingston General Hospital who supported Donna.
At Donna’s request, no service will be held. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will take place at a later date. Donations may be made to CIDP Foundation of Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society.
