Donald «Don» Wayne Wells, passed away peacefully at the age of 83 at his home surrounded by his loved ones on Thursday, December 16, 2021.
Born on October 27, 1938 in Walkerton to the late Lorne and Lillian (nee Taylor) Wells. Better known as «Don» to everyone, he was the founder of Corrosion Control Coatings in Walkerton. He was a hard worker and will be missed by many of the clients, who forged friendships over the years with him. He leaves a legacy of entreprenuership, generosity and integrity which already can be seen in the next generation.
Survived by loving wife Lorraine (nee Brick) Wells of Hanover. Proud father of Brad Wells (Laurie Laykish), Shonna Wells, Tricia Wells (Doug Smith), Leesha (Paul) Pegelo and Alison (Graham) Brown. Special grandfather of Ryan, Chloe, Tori, Andrew, Levi and Zachery. Don will be fondly remembered by his twin brother Ron (Nadine) Wells as well as several nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents and siblings.
To honour his wishes, cremation has taken place with inurnment of ashes at a later date.
