Obituary for
Dianne Pinard (Legacy)
It is with great sadness that we say goodbye for now to Dianne Pinard (née Legacy). Dianne passed peacefully in her sleep at home next to her husband, Marcel Pinard, of over 60 years. She leaves behind not only a devoted husband but also her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she loved with all her heart. She will also be missed by her extended Pinard family and siblings. Dianne made it her life’s mission to make sure that the people in her life always had her Love and support. It pleased her to do the simple but important things like sewing a hem on a new pair of pants, cleaning a pair of golf shoes after they have walked 36 holes on the course, amongst a multitude of other things. She will be forever missed by anyone who ever knew her. May she now be at rest, pain free and holding a spot for the rest of us. Till we see each other again Di, Mom, Nanny. We would take this time to thank Sheila Mirabella who started off as a PSW, but not too long after became a cherished friend who loved Dianne “Rocky”. Many thanks to Melanie Bulfon from the Alzheimer’s Society who spent time at home with Dianne, making her day brighter. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society Sudbury would be appreciated. A service will be held at the St-Jean-de-Brébeuf Church Monday, January 3, 2022 at 11 a.m. There is a limit of 75 attendees permitted in the church. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca
