David Patrick Clive
1955-2021
David Patrick Clive passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers
Hospital on Wednesday, May 12th at the age of 65. He was
born in North Bay, Ont. Dave will be remembered with love by
his family and friends.
He was a kind and gentle man and a gifted artist.
Dave was a graduate of Algonquin College, Ottawa and the New Brunswick
College of Craft and Design, Fredericton. Most of his career
was spent in the graphic arts field including his own businesses
Chameleon Graphics and Hanna-Young-Rogers & Clive.
He also worked as a designer for a stained-glass company in Ottawa,
Ont. and as an agent for CP Rail in Edmonton, Alta.
He is survived by his sister Colleen Hanna (Bob); his nephew
Jeremy Hanna (Pamela) and their two children; nephew Keith Hanna
(Melissa); brother Victor Clive (Victoria) and family.
David was predeceased by his parents Pearl and Victor Clive,
his brother Michael Clive, and his brother-in-law Bob
Miller.
Over the span of his life David had the joy and companionship
of a great pack of dogs including Bruno, Bridget, Muppet, Brandy and
the adorable Cooper. We hope he meets them all in
heaven.
The family will gather to honour David’s life when
circumstances allow.
