Obituary
Cornelis passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. He is deeply loved and will be sadly missed by his sweetheart and love of his life of 60 years, Toni. He was a devoted and loving Father to his children Barrie (Lynn), and Corinne (George). He was the proud Opa of Ryan (Nicole), Joshua, and Natasha (Patrick) and his sweet great grandchildren Sofia and Violet. He is also missed dearly by his Brother-in-law John Venninckx, and by all of his Brothers and Sisters and their families, as well his extended family and dear friends.
In leu of flowers, please consider donating to The Dorothy Ley Hospice who provided Cor and his family with kindness, compassion and support. To these wonderful people we are eternally grateful.
A celebration of life will be held at Ridley Funeral Home at 3080 Lakeshore Blvd West, Toronto, ON M8V 1K3 on Sunday December 19th, 2021 between the hours of 2pm and 6pm. Family members will be offering their words of love and tribute at 4:30pm. Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, the capacity of the funeral home’s facilities is limited. Those attending the funeral service must register using the Sign Up button below, and will be expected to wear a mask and respect social distancing guidelines.
