Dugan, Charlotte Wanita Yvonne … Passed away peacefully at Campbellford Memorial Hospital, on Saturday September 11th, 2021 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of Alan Dugan for 65 years. Loving mother of John (Gwen), Julie Macklin (Michael), James, Janet Burns (Pat) and Joel. Cherished grandmother of ten grandchildren and great-grandmother of 7 great-grandchildren. Charlotte is survived by her sister Joanne McKenna and her brothers Bruce, Leonard, Larry, John Nicholas. Visitation will be held at the Warkworth Free Methodist Church on Tuesday, September 21st, 2021 from 1-2pm. Funeral service will follow at 2pm in the church. Interment at Warkworth Cemetery. Due to capacity restrictions we ask the following of attendees to visitation or services: masks are mandatory inside and strongly encouraged outside, contact tracing will be taken, physical distancing will be maintained.
