Charlene passed away peacefully at Valleyview Home on July 26, 2021.
Born on October 12, 1939 in Toronto, Charlene met and married the love of her life, Hans Falk, in 1959. Together they raised their family on a farm just north of St. Thomas, Ontario.
Missing her dearly and remembering Charlene with much love are her two sons and their families: Peter Falk and his wife Joanne, along with their children Lindsey, Nathan and Amanda, and their granddaughter, Jade; and Paul Falk, his wife Kelli, and their children, Andrew, Kristen, Brittany, Brady and Katie.
Charlene is also survived by her brother, Bob Campbell, his wife Marie and their daughter Mary Catherine.
Charlene was a dedicated volunteer with VON Canada, visiting and providing comfort for clients dealing with bereavement, paying forward the support she received after losing her dear Hans in 2010.
Thank you to the staff of Valleyview Home for their care and compassion over the last few years.
A private celebration of Charlene’s life will be held by her family.
